Access to information on your device (through cookies) is requested only to operate and improve the site. You can refuse it, except for strictly necessary cookies; some features may become unavailable.

We may collect data through cookies or similar technologies: IP address, browser, approximate location, pages visited. We use:

Purposes of processing
- To answer your questions and requests;
- To create and manage your account and give you access to members-only content;
- To process orders and deliver digital products;
- To provide and improve our content and services;
- To diagnose or fix technical problems;

- To comply with the law, including tax law, which requires us to keep accounting documents for 10 years;
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Legal bases
- Your consent;
- Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract (for example creating an account, placing an order);
- Our legitimate interests (site security, statistics), unless your rights and freedoms override them;
- Compliance with legal obligations;
- In exceptional cases, protecting the vital interests of you or another person.
How long we keep data
We store data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, but no longer than one year after your last interaction with us, unless the law requires a longer period (for example accounting records, 10 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised. Account data is kept while the account is active; you can delete it at any time by asking us.
Who we disclose data to
We may disclose data, within the limits of the law, to providers that help us run the site: hosting, email and message delivery, security and network (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), analytics (Google), IT services, accounting and legal services. We choose them carefully and have contractual clauses that protect your data. We may also disclose data to authorities (prosecutors, police, courts) only on the basis and within the limits of the law, or to other parties with your consent or at your request (for example portability). We do not sell your data.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that data does not leave the European Economic Area. If some providers (for example Google, Cloudflare or Stripe) transfer data outside the EEA, the transfer relies on a legal mechanism, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on your explicit consent.

If you have agreed, we may send you emails with useful online security content. You can object to direct marketing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to brindusa@safewiz.eu or by deleting your account.
